Your shipping costs are fixed and paid at checkout, unless you've qualified for FREE shipping. The estimated delivery dates are based on the shipping option(s) chosen at checkout. Notification or Tracking will be provided by email once the carrier has picked up your order. (Please check your SPAM Folder, if you don't get an email update from us within 48 hours) Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday or the next business day. Orders placed before 10am EST should arrive within 2-3 business days given there aren't additional delays, due to Covid-19. Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays are also shipped on the upcoming Monday or the next business day. PFOX.COM does not ship on Holidays, so your order(s) will go out, as outlined above. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after your order has been received and payment confirmed. Orders are primarily shipped via USPS with tracking and usually arrive at your mailbox without interruptions, unless a signature is required. If you prefer delivery by USPS Priority, with a signature requirement, please make sure you select that option at checkout. Regardless of your choice, you will be provided tracking on most products to quickly check delivery time(s). If possible, avoid separating your order(s) into different transactions, because additional shipping costs will apply, including shipping items to separate addresses. Please allow sufficient time for PFOX and/or the merchant seller to prepare and ship your order(s), prior to contacting us. Some shipping rates for products are weight based and have to be adjusted to conform with carrier guidelines. All shipping weight(s) will be rounded up to the next pound in this case. If you are buying an oversized, overweight, unique, hazardous or unusual product, you should contact the carrier and confirm your products are permitted for shipping, prior to checkout. Some additional charges will apply to products that require special processing and packaging. If for any reason we identify that an item cannot be shipped at the costs originally paid, then we'll first contact you and make additional shipping arrangements or cancel the transaction at your request and refund your money, but this should rarely happen, if ever. These are the standard practices, but nothing is guaranteed surrounding shipping and delivery times.
Fast Updates & Delivery Options
PFOX shipments are well-padded and care is taken with packing every order, so you don't have to worry about unnecessary damages. We ship to virtually any address that isn't restricted by foreign guidelines or PFOX policies. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receiving your order(s) and USPS is our primary method of shipping. If you prefer delivery by UPS, DHL or FedEx, please select one of those carriers at checkout; however, you will encounter some additional costs. Your package(s) will be dispatched timely and a tracking number will be provided on most orders, but PFOX cannot guarantee exactly when your order will arrive, nor the fact it may arrive damaged. We encourage you to select USPS Priority shipping, because they have automatic insurance coverage up to $200 per shipment. PFOX will definitely work with you on any damaged products and we'll work to make sure the matter is resolved and you are happy with the outcome. However, once the package is delivered to the address listed on your order, it will be your responsibility at that point. We aren't responsible for packages once they are delivered; furthermore, we aren't responsible for wrong addresses on your order or the fact you've moved or you have mail forwarding issues or the package(s) were stolen after delivery. PFOX does not condone, nor will PFOX.COM tolerate fraud on any level and if fraud is detected, we'll take swift action to mitigate any losses.

A shipping label will be provided by PFOX.COM for all returns, after we receive your return request. Your request will be reviewed for processing and you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund and we'll pay the return shipping, if there's an error on our part or your item is defective. -- New music & software can only be returned for the same New product -- used software & music cannot be returned, unless the item(s) are defective. Nearly all other products are returnable, with a case-by-case review on selected items. (We don't condone duplicating copyrighted material or Fraud) You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days, following the receipt of your product(s) back to PFOX.COM. However, in most cases you'll receive a refund quicker, but nothing is guaranteed. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (normally 3 to 5 business days) and 1 day or more to process the refund. It may take 5-10 days for your credit card company to fully refund the money back to your account. (The credit should show as pending on your statement) -- If you need to return product(s), simply login to your account, view the 'Orders Link" under the "My Account Menu", and click "Return" purchase.
