Most new, unopened merchandise sold by pfox.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exception listed below. If your purchase included products sold from the pfox store and not that form another merchant seller, then those purchases will need approval by the selling merchant for that product. 

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchases will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your online account. (A store credit). Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit. 

Receipts for purchases made with a credit or debit card should be located in our system within 30 days of purchase. Receipts for purchases made beyond 90+ days may or may not be stored in our system. You may be responsible for providing a copy of your receipt. If you are missing your receipt, we may or may not be able to issue a refund. 

We may not be able to locate your receipt, if you checked out, as a guest. If you don't have your receipt, getting a refund isn’t guaranteed.  

RETURNS IN PERSON: PFOX.COM does not accept returns in person at our corporate office. Corporate office only handles operational matters. pfox.com may have third-party vendors, who may or may not refund items completely separately from pfox’s control. All buyers should contact the owner of the products and request an approval on returns.

Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error and/or issues with products sold by pfox.com. Accidental purchases, changing your mind, stolen credit cards and incorrect sizes shipping charges will not be refunded. Some exceptions may apply (contacting pfox prior to returning any items to determine which exceptions would apply to your case). Items must be returned in the original packaging, If New and with all components for a full refund. Written copies of pfox Return Policy can be download for further review.

RETURN FOR PFOX.COM DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Any Products purchased via download and/or digital transactions on pfox.com cannot be returned. 

Some new items purchased and returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned to the same condition as received.

Special Order returns or cancellations may not be returned.

30-Day Return Policy

The following items may only be returned within 30 days of purchase: If Approved

  • Books (New and Used) except audio books and music
  • Toys and Hard Board Games
  • Clothes and Shoes (Jewelry on a case by case basis, otherwise no)
  • Used electronics (monitors, keyboards, power cords, adapters) In the original state, without damage or missing parts. (Conditional)
  • New movies and music (exchanges only) Used movies, software, and music cannot be returned (unless defective)
  • Some new items purchased and returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned to the same condition as received
  • Special Order returns or cancellations may not be returned

45-Day Return Policy Expansion

  • Some items purchased may carry and additional 15 days of warranty and/or certain manufactures warranties. (Those products will be identified as such)

30 - Money Back Guarantee Warranty 

You may return your undamaged products, along with the original packaging within 15 days of receipt to receive a FULL REFUND. This policy applies to products and services provided by pfox.com only and does not guarantee any reseller and/or vendor will apply those same standards. Third party sellers are encouraged to adhere to pfox's return policy.  Please review the vendors return policy for the proper return procedures.

You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason: If the reason for the return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs. Software, Music, Movies, & Food cannot be returned for a refund. An exchange or pfox account credit will be made for those items.

  • 1. Prior to shipping any products back to pfox.com, approval must be granted by contacting [email protected].
  • 2. Return requests made within the United States for quality-related issues will be credited via original payment to buyers account (INCLUDES A REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND) including any shipping costs. Please note: Any shipping labels provided for return shipping must be used within 7 days. 
  • 3. For return requests made from outside the United States, pfox will reimburse all defective / quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or REFUND. International shipping costs must be covered by the shipping customer. 
  • 4. Some new items purchased and returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • 5. Special Order returns or Homemade Items cannot be returned. 
  • 6. Customers are encouraged to contact pfox.com or their respective seller / Third-party merchant for return and refund instructions, prior to shipping any items.

Fraud and Schemes

  • PFOX reserves all rights to limit guarantee, returns, or refunds at our discretion, in the event of suspected fraud, abuse or schemes. (Abusing pfox and/or any third party sellers is strictly forbidden and any buyer(s) suspected for such activities may not be granted any relief and those accounts may be terminated.

  • If an order arrives damaged or incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact Customer Support at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for proper resolution. If you did not receive your package within the specified period of time, please contact your seller merchant or pfox.com customer support for assistance. Pfox encourages all sellers to send packages with tracking, signature confirmation / insurance to insure proper delivery and provide good customer service to your prospective buyer(s).   • Products received over 30 days, cannot be returned, unless approved by the seller.
  • Audio Books and digital movies cannot be returned, unless approved by the seller. 
  • Used Items: including worn or used clothing, cannot be returned, unless approved by the seller.

  • Food and Custom Products (exception), cannot be returned, unless approved by the seller. 
  • Paint and Gift Cards, cannot be returned.

Customers cannot return food unless it has an expiration date which has passed. Exchanges for the same product will be the acceptable remedy and no additional shipping charges will apply. Seller notification and exchange must occur within 7 days of receipt of items. Make sure to contact pfox.com or the appropriate third-party vendor for a replacement and shipping instructions.

  • Pfox will work with you and the seller on any returns that are in dispute moreover, you have PayPal seller protection on services. All sellers will work with you on any complications you may have with your purchases; however, please contact your product sellers prior to contacting pfox about a return credit.  Pfox.com return policies apply only to items purchased from pfox.com. Items purchased from third-party or marketplace seller's are subject to their guidelines listed under their terms and conditions of service, including the Paypal Guarantee. Restricted items that can’t be returned               

The items below can't be returned to pfox.com and/or may not be returnable in some cases to third-party sellers. Each individual merchant seller will provide their own return policies. You can identify those return instructions on the product(s) you are buying. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Pfox's, some seller returns policies may vary. For specific information about returning products to third-party sellers, see their return instructions. If your return is not a result of an Pfox error, we will refund the original shipping fees upon receiving the return. (most likely a return label will be provided)

Pfox.com doesn’t accept returns of the following items:          

•          Items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases. You must contact the individual manufacturer directly for handling, service care, warranty, and returns.

•          You can’t return computers or laptops, unless they arrive damaged or defective. No returns whatsoever, after 30 days. Certain warranties and offers may be provided by the specific manufacturer. It is up to you to deal with that independent of pfox.com.

•          Any product(s) that have been opened or tampered with, including missing the serial number, authorization codes or bar codes.

•          Downloadable software products open and used software

•          All jewelry orders, including diamonds or gold

•          Some health and personal care orders

•          Grocery products, vitamins or medical products

•          Items with special shipping restrictions

•          Handmade products, Custom products, medical related products, some automotive products, used Baby Items, Collectibles Products -sports, autographed items, entertainment, coins, cards, military and comics cannot be returned.

•          Fine Art, Furniture, Hazardous Materials, Jewelry and Watches, Luxury Stores, Major Appliances, Pet Foods, military items, Software and Video Games, Computer monitors, Pfox.com doesn't accept direct returns for any merchant or third-party sellers. The seller determines the return policy. If you have a nonreturnable item that arrived damaged or defective, you can request a refund or replacement of those items.

 

Additional details on specific product restrictions:

Handmade and Custom Products

Products sold by Handmade Makers are subject to those sellers' individual return policy. Contact those sellers directly or pfox customer service for assistance.  Products personalized and/or order specific may not be returnable. Furthermore, customized products sold by third-party sellers are subject to those third-party seller policies. Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.

Baby Items            

Unused Baby items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact. Any other open or used baby products of any kind cannot be returned, especially when tampered with.

Clothing and Accessories

You can return clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Collectible Products

Sports, autographed items, entertainment, coins, cards, military and comics cannot be returned to pfox.com. If any products are returned to individual sellers, you must contact those sellers, adhere to their policies and insure any and/or all products that you are returning.

Any and all product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item to those individual sellers. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Collectible Coins

To request return information, contact the third-party seller within 5 days of receipt. Your return must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you received the item. Before shipping a return, we suggest that you photograph and insure items for your records. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected. Collectible Coins that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. (These terms apply only to third party sellers).

Computers and Electronics

Desktop, laptops, monitors and tablets purchased from pfox.com that didn't arrive in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Damages must be documented, photographed and pfox has to be informed immediately of any damages to those items. pfox.com will examine all of the products identified above and fees or a denial.

Digital Products

Unless otherwise specified, games, software and downloads purchased from the pfox.com are not returnable after purchase, unless as specified issue, defect or error is identified by pfox.com.

Pfox.com Items Sold AS-IS / Parts Only / Not working

Some items may be sold as parts only or Not working.  These items are NOT returnable.

Software / Music / Video games / Digital Downloads of any kind

Software / Music / Video Games / Digital Audio cannot be returned, unless as specified in policy exceptions are outlined, as related to damage and defective items. These items are subject to a 100% non-refundable fee.

Hazardous Material            

Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are NOT returnable to pfox.com. Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, and return instructions. 

Jewelry and Watches         

All jewelry purchases, including diamonds or gold Jewelry, including watches are not returnable, unless a specific exception was authorized by pfox.com for shipments that arrived damaged or not at all. For items sold by third-party sellers, you are required to contact that individual seller within 5 days of receipt.  Before shipping a return, if authorized, we suggest that you photograph and insure items for your records. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.  Items that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery to you, will not be accepted back. (Some terms apply only to third party sellers and/or pfox.com by exception) Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected. Used Beauty Products      

Used Beauty products and cosmetics are NOT returnable to pfox.com, especially if made from Hazardous materials.

Pet Food

Pet food and similar products are not returnable to pfox, but may be refundable, if approved by exception. 

Note:  Buyers must pay for any returns, unless a return label has been provided, items must be returned using a trackable shipping method and be insured for the value of the merchandise being shipped (Signature shipping  is recommended).  Any and All product packaging of any sorts, including any applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, boxes, packages wrapping and appraisal(s) must be returned with the item(s). Products missing all their applicable tags and/or any of the items listed above are NOT acceptable for return. Any deception on product returns / refunds may result in account suspension, closures, termination of account and/or no refunds issues.
